produced exclusively with quality cuttle-fish, shrimps and octopus without any gelatine and without adding any oil or fat. Seafoodcarpaccio can be prepared in various ways, for example thinly sliced and accompanied with various kinds of salads, vegetables, sauces or cut into thicker slices (steaks) and grilled, baked or stewed.

Ingredients: 30% cooked Sepia (Sepia esculenta), 30% cooked shrimps (Penaeus vannamei), 30% cooked Octopus (Octopus vulgaris), dried tomatoes, capers, black olives, water, fish gelatin, potato starch, aroma, yeast extract, preservative: potassium sorbate; salt, acidity regulator: phosphoric acid; herbs.
